According to legend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.routeperfect.com\/poland\/lesser-poland\/krakow\/?utm_source=blog%20&amp;utm_medium=polandpost&amp;utm_campaign=poland\">this magical city<\/a> was&nbsp;formed after the defeat of a dragon, and it &nbsp;certainly lives up to its mythical expectations. Krakow is the &nbsp;perfect mix of rich history, legend and royalty alongside some really exciting nightlife and vibrant energy. Krakow&#8217;s Old Town is majestic and offers a vivid glance to the past; a vision of knights, dragons and ancient castles. Here you can visit Europe&#8217;s biggest medieval market, but Krakow is also famous for its glorious, wild nightlife and many bars, clubs and restaurants.<br \/>\n<b>Our tip:<\/b>&nbsp;The popular and educational&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.routeperfect.com\/poland\/auschwitz-birkenau-state-museum\/?utm_source=blog%20&amp;utm_medium=polandpost&amp;utm_campaign=poland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial and museum<\/a>&nbsp;is a heavy but worthwhile experience, and it&#8217;s not too far from the center of Krakow.<br \/>\n<b>Local Attraction:<\/b>&nbsp;Krakow is still very affordable, so shop away. This republic has its own currency, president, constitution and even an army of 11!
